The foundation of our work is a pool of more than 3 million potential survey participants. This so-called online access panel is essentially the heart of our consumer research studies and is crucial for the quality of our work. Data quality is only high when our members feel valued and respected. And this aspect is becoming increasingly important, especially in times of declining participation rates.
The option to drop out of the survey is always just a mouse click away, and therefore a rating of 4.4 out of 5 stars is important confirmation for us that we are on the right track. This includes good accessibility for questions or problems, fair incentives, transparency, but also technical stability and interesting features for our community. At the end of the day, however, it's about RESPECT and APPRECIATION.
In mid-April, we surpassed the milestone of 20,000 reviews on Trustpilot, and today we'd like to share the fantastic results:
